“Table in the Darkness” (Book)

Table of Contents

When a family member teased then-college student Lee Wolfe Blum about the “freshman fifteen,” her worries about being fat drove her to an eating disorder and exercise addiction. She recovered, however, through education and spiritual strength. Blum’s book offers encouragement to those fighting the same fight. Discuss with young adults if they or someone they know has struggled with an eating disorder, and also think about constructive ways of overcoming it.
