Appalachia Service Project is a Christian ministry in which volunteers repair and build homes for low-income families in rural Appalachia. The organization’s goal is that as volunteers spend time doing hard work, they will learn things about themselves and their relationship with God. Volunteers meet and interact with Appalachian families through their work, making lasting friendships.
