- The first reading ends by saying that, “The word of God continued to spread.” How can we spread the word of God through our words and actions today?
- In the Gospel, Jesus emphasizes how He is God. Reflect on how Jesus was fully divine and fully human. What does is tell us about God that he sent down His son to be human like us? Think about ways in which you can relate to God through the life of Jesus.
- In the responsorial psalm, we ask the Lord for mercy. How can we show mercy to others even when they have wronged us? How can we forgive them like God forgives us?
