Suggested Reflection Questions:
- The Holy Spirit gives each person unique gifts to share with the world. Spend some time this week naming the specific gifts that the important people in your life bring; and then try to name your own gifts. Pay attention to gifts that are easily overlooked, not just more obvious talents. Is it easier to name your own gifts or to name other people’s gifts?
- How does our Earth need to be renewed in today’s world? Where do you see yourself being one in the Spirit with the Lord to be a part of that work?
- The Church is one body with many parts. Think about the people who make up your “church,” your community. Is there a part of the body that needs special attention and care right now? How could you attend to that, for the health of the whole? Where do you fit into the body of your community?
- Remember a time when you felt close to God, when you felt the presence of the Holy Spirit. How can you carry this special memory with you this week? You might want to write down this experience, or express it creatively in some other way, or place an object that reminds you of this experience somewhere you will notice it often.
