Suggested Reflection Questions
- The first reading warns against holding grudges and tells us to “overlook faults” that we may see in other people. When was a time you held a grudge? How were you able to let it go and move on? How can we turn our anger toward others into forgiveness?
- In the second reading, we are told to “live for the Lord.” What does living for the Lord mean to you? How does it play out in your own life?
- In the Gospel reading, a servant seeks forgiveness, but refuses to forgive others. When was a time you found it hard to forgive someone? How did you find the courage to forgive them?
