Praying for Young Adult Leaders

Table of Contents

Don’t forget the importance of prayer for your young adult leadership team! You might take time before each leadership team meeting to share personal joys, concerns, or other things that need prayer. Pair up members of the team as prayer partners who can pray for, and maybe even with, one another. Encourage these partners to check-in weekly or every other week. Partners should also go out for a cup of coffee or lunch and get to know one another — with NO young adult ministry agenda — to help create deeper relationships.
