Does your church have a Knights of Columbus chapter, seniors ministry, arts ministry or other adult group? Consider partnering with them to do an activity that bridges the generational gap. This could be a service project such as a park cleanup, or you could go together to visit parish members in a nursing home. In church, your groups could also form a Bible study or book club. You can find fun and worthwhile activities both in and out of church. Share life experiences during these events so that you can connect to each other in a meaningful way.
