If you find that young adults can’t commit to a year-round small group (faith-sharing group, Bible study, prayer group), consider offering a seasonal small group during Advent or Lent. Similarly, ask young adults for short-term leadership commitments, ranging from one semester to one year, so that transitory and busy young adults are set-up for success.
