As holiday schedules begin to slow down, plan an informal (no agenda) meeting with your young adult leadership team and others who might be planning to volunteer to help with young adult activities in 2014. Meet at a coffee house or local restaurant for drinks and/or dinner. This social gathering will encourage everyone to get to know one another, which will help make working together go that much more smoothly during the year!
