Organize a fall retreat for your young adult ministry leadership team. Take a weekend to re-focus yourselves on your ministry, spend time getting to know one another better, and talk about things you’d like to see happen or change during the remainder of the year. Also spend time talking about how each member of the team has grown or been challenged in their leadership role. You might ask them to write down and share a few goals they have for themselves and you should make note so you can encourage them. Once you get to know your fellow leaders at a deeper level, you will be able to have a more profound experience as you shepherd young adults.
