Gather young adult leaders that you’ve pre-selected (DO NOT make this an open invitation) and have a day where you explore what gifts each person might bring to the group. Take the next step of asking how those gifts might translate into an event for your young adult ministry. Make the person whose gifts match the event responsible for the event’s production with the help of the rest of the leadership team. Calendar the events and you’ll have a schedule for the upcoming year.
