Plan a gathering over the Christmas break for any young adults in your parish who will be home for the holidays. The week between Christmas and New Year’s is a great time for this. Young adults might be ready for a break from “family time.” Invite them out for coffee/tea, lunch, or even a movie. Send out an invitation to all the young adults in your parish so that some of the folks who are newer to the group will have a chance to meet folks who are visiting home.
