The Internet exploded last week when people discovered they could play Pac-Man on Google Maps. In the middle of a busy, stressful workday, a quick break with some Pac-Man could be just what we need! There are plenty of other ways to stop, refocus, and center ourselves — in the work world and the spiritual world. Talk with young adults about the importance of making time — even if its a short break — to refocus and reconnect with God:
