Sometimes it’s easy to become “me” obsessed. My best friend is really frustrating me right now. I just can’t finish this assignment. My life is just not going the way I want it. Note: This doesn’t mean there aren’t times and situations when a little “me” obsession isn’t necessary if you’re burnt out or dealing with a truly challenging situation in life. But it’s important to know when those times are upon us and when we just need to get over ourselves. Here are a few tips for getting over yourself.
