Gather the heads of committees and ministries at your parish and together, and “take inventory” of their ministries to see how many people under the age of 40 are presently involved. This may shed light on how to reach out to the young adults already active in the parish, while also identifying ministries that already support young adults. Pay special attention to your parish’s Marriage Prep and Infant Baptism ministries, where you’ll find many young adult couples and parents.
