As ministries grow, young adults with enthusiasm and leadership abilities will naturally come forth. You may think that you are already doing all you can muster with young adult ministry at this point, but you may be able to expand by forming new leadership roles for young adults. This requires openness to delegating responsibility and compromising about the shape of the ministry. If you mentor young adults as strong and capable leaders, you can trust them to take the ministry in a great direction!
