Many LGBTQ+ young adults feel turned away from the Church, and avoid exploring their faith because they feel they may not be accepted. In your outreach and meetings, make it clear that you support and welcome LGBTQ+ young adults to explore their faith in an affirming way. Explore how LGBTQ+ young adults can be made to feel a part of the parish, as well as with non-LGBTQ+ young adults so they are equipped to accept and welcome their peers.
