- Don’t overwhelm your audience with messages via e-mail and social media.
- Do use promotional tools for what they do best! E-mails and fliers work for conveying lots of details. Include links! Facebook works for updates and posting photos. Use Twitter for quick, last-minute announcements.
- Do yourself a favor and only take on what you can handle.
