Last week, on the heels of a Vatican report that reprimanded the largest group of nuns in the United States, Fr. Jim Martin, SJ, tweeted: “Catholic sisters teach me what it means to persevere in ministry without the benefit of institutional power. #WhatSistersMeanToMe.”

He followed this with an invitation for others to share their stories of  how Catholic sisters have helped them in their lives. As people continue to express gratitude for the affect Catholic sisters have had in their personal lives and the larger society, share Fr. Martin’s call for gratitude and have a conversation with young adults asking, what do Catholic sisters mean to you?
